Motivation

Intrinsic (more important) and extrinsic. Both work hand in hand. When using extrinsic motivation, remember to phase it out slowly. Students usually think that ability is inborn, but it isn't! Ability can be learnt. If you are not motivated to teach, your students will be affected.
