Rapport

It certainly helps to motivate them when you mention their names because they have done/said something good, or even to keep them on their toes because you might just call upon them anytime. It also helps in building rapport, and the better they know you, the more diligent they might be in doing your work. It wont do us any good to be always calling Watzisname!
